The Jin Group is based in the multidisciplinary Manchester Institute of Biotechnology. We are looking for applications from self-motivated and creative researchers with skills in Organic chemistry, biochemistry, biophysical chemistry and structural biology. You will have opportunities to work on a wide range of projects in the Jin Lab.

Fellowships

Candidates should have an excellent academic track record and a strong motivation to conduct research in Chemical Biology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry. Those wishing to apply for a Fellowship to join the Jin lab are encouraged to get in touch to discuss possibilities. Undergraduate Summer Research Bursaries

Many funding bodies support enthusiastic UG students getting experience in a research lab, but you have to apply early in the year, very often before mid-February. I am happy to support your application. Please contact Dr. Jin directly.
